The Stone is capable of reaching cooking temperature in just 15 minutes, making spontaneous pizza nights a tried-and-true possibility for your family, party guests, or even just for yourself! (We won’t tell anyone; promise.). To ignite the pilot light, simply press and rotate the knob together with the piezo ignition button.
The Stone uses a powerful gas heating element to reach the crispy temps in no time, letting you go from a chilly evening’s 40 degrees to the Stone’s maximum operating temp faster than your kids can start requesting specific toppings.
If you choose Natural Gas, your oven will be configured for NG when you get it. A conversion kit will be included if you decide to switch to LP in the future.
