This wood-fired oven is conceived for gardens and families. Unique design with built-in lateral shelves and peel holder.
The 4 Pizze wood-burning oven is big enough to bake 4 pizzas in 90 seconds and 4 kg of bread per batch. A perfect match for your garden, you can also place it on balcony or terrace. It comes with the refractory oven floor used for Alfa commercial models.

The stainless-steel dome allows you to get it up to the cooking temperature quickly, maintain the heat for a long time and keep the wood consumption to a minimum. Ceramic fibre, an excellent refractory material, is used to insulate the oven.

Ceramic fibre insulation maintains long-lasting warmth and cuts down wood consumption to a minimum. It is fitted with extremely useful stainless steel lateral shelves to place oven trays, ingredients, oven dishes and necessary cooking accessories. With the built-in peel holder, necessary utensils for wood-fired cooking are always within hand’s reach.

Fire the oven up

Fire up the ALFA Forni 4 Pizze only 30 minutes before dinner.

500°C (1000°F) in just 15 minutes.

Make dough balls 3 hours before. Stretch the balls, top them and bake at 500°C (1000°F).

Cook your pizza in only 90 seconds.

Cook the pizza in 90 seconds by turning it a couple of times to make it brown evenly.

  • The ceramic fibre insulation keeps the heat inside the oven for a long time, leaving the outer parts cool to the touch.
  • The oven has a pyrometer so that you can tell the average temperature in the cooking chamber at a glance.
  • The large door is equipped with a double ergonomic handle providing a firm grip. By moving the door, you can adjust the draught of the oven and an eyehole allows you to check the food being cooked.

Instructions for using the wood-fired oven

Firing up the oven

Place the wood basket in the centre of the cooking chamber and put some small logs to light the fire. Three or four small logs are enough to heat it up.

Keeping the flame in the operating oven

After about ten minutes, move the basket to the left side of the oven and close the door for ten minutes. To keep a constant temperature, add small logs no more than 5 cm (2 in) thick every 15 minutes.

Extinguishing the fire

At the end of cooking, close the door and let the fire burn out.
Remove the ash when the oven is completely cool.

Equipped with very useful stainless-steel side shelves to put trays, ingredients, dishware and anything you need for cooking. With the built-in peel stand, your tools will be always at hand.

How to assemble the oven.

The portable oven weights only 55 KG and is very easy to assemble!

  • Inside the oven, you will find: door, flue, chimney cap, feet, fire grate and “slide in slide out” pizza peel.
  • Fix the 4 feet to the corners of the oven and screw the handles on to the door and on to the pizza peel.
  • For gas-fired models, put the knob to the left of the front panel and screw in the button with the battery on the right side.
  • Place the flue up into the hole and top with the chimney cap.
