5 Minuti is delivered to your home almost ready for use. Complete the oven by merely inserting the flue and assembling the trolley with a few screws.

  • Wood-fired oven with castors. Includes parts in stainless steel and powder coated parts that are resistant to high temperatures.
  • It is installed on a trolley designed with a large stainless steel handle on the side and two castors for easy and light moving.
  • The cooking surface is made of interchangeable refractory tiles.
  • The stainless steel dome is designed to reach high temperatures while consuming very little wood.

Fire up the ALFA Forni 5 Minuti only 15 minutes before dinner.

500°C (1000°F) in just 5 minutes.

Make 250g dough balls 3 hours before. Stretch the balls, top them and bake at 500°C (1000°F).

The portable oven weights only 29 KG and is very easy to assemble!

The new base is higher than the previous one to make it easy to work the 5 Minuti oven. The new 5 Minuti oven base is coated with 7 layers of heat resistant paint and is available in 2 colours: Copper and Black.

The base is to be assembled: just screw the 4 legs to the table top, attach the 4 casters, place the oven on top and fix the 4 feet to the base.

The handy shelf takes up minimal space on the terrace or in the garden and comes in useful to hold firewood and to keep the work area clean and tidy.

The practical ergonomic handle facilitates a tight grip to move the oven with the help of the 4 swivel casters with brakes.

Instructions for using the wood-fired oven

Firing up the oven

Place the wood basket in the centre of the cooking chamber and put some small logs to light the fire. Three or four small logs are enough to heat it up.

Keeping the flame in the operating oven

After about ten minutes, move the basket to the left side of the oven and close the door for ten minutes. To keep a constant temperature, add small logs no more than 5 cm (2 in) thick every 15 minutes.

Extinguishing the fire

At the end of cooking, close the door and let the fire burn out.
Remove the ash when the oven is completely cool.
