The Grilletta spiral mixer is one of the smallest 10-speed benchtop machines you can find out there.

Despite its size, it is very powerful and effective and has low consumption and noise levels. Perfect for several types of dough, especially soft ones, for bread, pizza, cakes, flat bread (piada) and so on.

This model is perfect for home kitchen work, but it is also suitable for small business productions.

The speed control system allows choosing from 10 rotation speed levels for easy professional dough production.

The lower speed is similar to that of the standard single-speed models. The variable speed gauge makes it possible to accelerate the rotation of the spiral and bowl to higher speeds, which can be used for not too hard doughs.

Entirely made in Italy, which translates to reliable and high-quality materials and manufacturing.

DOUGH CAPACITY: from 0.5 kg to 3 kg of dry flour (without water)

This mixer is provided with specifically curved-shaped New central shaft, which also allows processing smaller quantities of dough (improving the results in terms of kneading processing).

The IM5 10V spiral dough mixer features a fixed kneading head and ten speeds. Selecting the desired speed is easy thanks to the potentiometer on top of the machine.

Low speed is useful for gathering up the flour inside the dough mixer and helps develop the gluten network. High speed dries the dough and speeds up the job.

The frame on this spiral mixer is made of high-thickness steel to cancel vibration during operation. The drive system consists of a chain and two highly resistant and effective Polyurethane belts.

This new professional spiral dough kneader by Famag Grilletta features a stainless steel central dough-anchoring pin.

All of the components that touch the dough are made of stainless steel:

  • the bowl
  • the spiral mixing arm
  • the protection grid
  • the central pin

Stainless steel grid that can be lifted and lowered back into place.

The special spiral arm shape allows speeding up the work and prevents the dough from overheating
